Nigerian Stocks Keep Rising, ASI Up 0.64%

Nigerian stocks finished on a high for the second consecutive day as the All Share Index (ASI) rose by 0.64% to close at 24,135.40, following its marginal rise by 0.02% yesterday.

Here is snapshot of today’s trading;

ASI: 24,135.40

DEALS: 3,178

VOLUME: 320,754,846

VALUE: 1,822,727,135.22

FCMB led the gainers chart as it gained 7.78% to close at N0.97, while OKOMUOIL gained 5.04% to close at N29.40. MOBIL gained 5% to close at N159.60, UBN closely followed gaining 4.95% to close at N5.30. Livestock feeds gained 4.80% to close at N1.31.

Unilever led the losers chart shedding 5% to close at N31.76 alongside 7up who also lost 5% to close at N174.79. CONOIL lost 4.99% to close at N19.24 while Glaxosmithkline lost 4.97% to close at N22.01.
