The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) have announced in its latest publication that nine ships have arrived Lagos ports, waiting to discharge petrol, diesel, base oil, butane, Aviation Turbine Kerosene and aviation fuel.
The document states that 20 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were being expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island Ports from March 22 to April 18.
The Ports Authority explained that the expected ships contained bulk rice, buck wheat, bulk charcoal, diesel, petrol, container, bulk gypsum and Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK).
According to reports from NAN, 20 other ships are at the ports discharging general cargoes, bulk gypsum, buck wheat, fuel oil, bulk fertiliser, diesel and petrol.
