Cruz is Hillary’s Bitch and Straw
The reality in the federal courts is that all judges are politically appointed. The law is their arbitrary decisions. Anyone experienced in federal courts knows this, as does Ted Cruz.
Scalia is gone. There is no possible “conservative” majority on the Supreme Court.
1. Cruz knows he’ll be challenged in all fifty states, both in federal district court and, in all Democrat dominated states, in that state’s courts.
2. Cruz knows that almost all judges make arbitrary/political decisions.
3. Cruz knows the odds favor he’ll be denied eligibility in many states.

5. The conflicting appellate decisions will be appealed to the Supreme Court, where, at best, the judges would split 4-4, making each of the 11 lower appellate court rulings the law in their respective states. Worse, Cruz loses 5-3.
6. Cruz cannot win the electoral college, throwing the presidency to Hillary. Cruz knows these odds. Cruz knows he’s Hillary’s straw, even as a Vice Presidential candidate. Do he and his wife expect to be rewarded by Goldman? Cruz’s main conservative supporter, Mark Levin, knows this.
