The Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayoshe was at a mall in China allegedly giving a speech to a crowd of shoppers who didn’t seem to be listening.
The governor has often been accused by his opponents of being unstable considering is frequent remarks against them. This picture if true, appears to justify some of those claims.
