The Nigerian Army says it is engaged in a heavy gun battle with Boko Haram right now in Borno State.
“Boko Haram terrorists attack troops of 113 Battalion at Kareto Northern Borno State.
“The troops have been battling the insurgents since early hours of today. Details to follow shortly,” said Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, the Acting Director Army Public Relations.
