The spokesman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Mr. Olisa Metuh, has filed a petition to the Chief Justice of Nigeria seeking the transfer of his alleged corruption case from Justice Okon Abang, his former classmate.
Mr. Metuh alleged that Justice Abang was not interested in dispensing justice and cannot be trusted to be fair.
He cited many examples since his trial began, including stringent bail conditions, to prove that he cannot get justice from his ex-classmate.
Attached are the certified copy of the petition filed by lawyers to Chief Olisa Metuh to the Chief Justice of Nigeria seeking the transfer of his case from Justice Okon Abang, his class mate.
